About the work

You don’t have to stop caring.
You may need a steadier way to care.

Finding Your Inner Calm offers practical support around emotional regulation, relational stress, nervous system awareness, boundaries, and somatic and EFT-based tools.

The work is grounded in curiosity, body awareness, and real-life practice—not pressure to “fix” yourself or think positively through something painful.

Ways to work together

Support that meets you where you are.

Come with the whole tangled story. We’ll slow it down, find what belongs to you, and identify a next step that feels possible.

Michele, founder of Finding Your Inner Calm

About Michele

A calm place to bring the complicated stuff.

My work brings together more than 20 years of experience in body-based wellness, along with my background in health and wellness coaching, EFT tapping, and education in social work.

Over the years, I've seen how closely our physical and emotional well-being are connected, especially when we're navigating stress, complicated relationships, or circumstances outside our control.

Finding Your Inner Calm grew from that understanding.

My approach is grounded in curiosity, self-awareness, practical wellness tools, and the belief that we can care deeply for others without losing our connection to ourselves.
